I, the undersigned call on Post Office Ltd to reconsider their proposal to close the Post Office services at Lumphanan, Aberdeenshire and provide outreach services instead. Lumphanan needs a post office: as a community we are concerned that there are no guarantees about the duration or sustainability of the outreach service, that in inclement weather the post office will not open and that local people will loose their jobs.
